Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: Orders over €50 to EU countries
- Standard Shipping: €4.95 for orders under €50 within the EU
- International Shipping: Contact us for quotes to countries outside the EU
Shipping Timeline
Standard delivery within the EU typically takes 3-5 business days from the date of order. Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons or holidays. Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your PAULO SERINI purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of purchase.
Return Eligibility

- All packaging, tags, and documentation must be included
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we are happy to help. Exchanges are subject to availability. To initiate an exchange:

- We will check availability of the desired item
- If available, we will provide return shipping instructions
- Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item at no additional cost (within the EU)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@pauloserini.com with photos of the issue.
We will:
- Investigate the issue promptly
- Provide you with a replacement or full refund at our discretion
- Cover all return and replacement shipping costs
Please report damaged items within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refund Processing
